ROJA is a British luxury fragrance house renowned for creating some of the world's finest perfumes. Situated within the prestigious Burlington Arcade in Mayfair, this project involved the complete fit-out of a luxury boutique alongside new office accommodation across the upper floors.

Appointed as Principal Contractor, Bobblehat managed the project from start to finish, working closely with the client's French architects to bring the design vision to life. Our scope included project management, technical design coordination, bespoke joinery manufacture, luxury signage, specialist finishes, and the complete construction of both the retail and workplace environments.

From feature fragrance displays and illuminated joinery to carefully detailed architectural finishes, every element was delivered with precision and exceptional attention to detail. The completed boutique reflects ROJA's commitment to quality and craftsmanship, demonstrating Bobblehat's ability to deliver premium retail environments through disciplined project management, technical expertise and high-quality manufacture.
